Krishna Chaitanya

Krishna is a pricing and growth strategy expert with brings 12 years of experience across consulting and business development in the UK and India. His expertise centres on developing pricing strategies, growth analytics, effective implementation, and ensuring governance.

Having previously worked with top-line growth consulting firms Simon-Kucher and SIM Advisory, Krishna has delivered a diverse array of projects covering the entire spectrum of B2B pricing. His work encompasses strategy development, price revisions, packaging and bundling of products/services, customer segmentation, differentiated pricing, discount optimisation, pricing governance, account-level targeting, and negotiation planning.

Krishna's sectoral experience spans across B2B services, telecom, IT services, financial services, SaaS products & platforms, manufacturing, and automotive. Additionally, he gained valuable experience in retail and logistics sectors through sales and account management roles during his tenure with Infosys UK.

A computer science engineer with a master's degree in management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Krishna is adept at leveraging data analytics and machine learning tools to enhance project outcomes consistently.

Pedro Correia

Pedro has 10 years of experience as a consulting professional with a robust background in turnaround and growth strategies across multiple sectors with a key focus on PE-backed assets.

He has extensive experience working in Consumer Goods, Retail/FMCG, Telecoms, Media, and Technology (TMT) across multiple geographies. Previously, Pedro worked at PA Consulting Group in the Strategy & Innovation team. He started his career with the Innovation and Digital Services division of O2/Telefonica Digital in London.

Pedro holds a BSc. in Business and Economics from Nova School of Business in Lisbon and a Double Degree MSc. in Management from Universitá Luigi Bocconi. He also studied at BI Norwegian School of Management as an exchange student.

He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is studying German. Pedro lives in London and when he's not working you can find him at the movies.
