Experienced, top-tier operators

We strictly work with experienced, execution-focused operators with a proven track record in specific fields. We are all hands-on and create all output (e.g. Slides, Excel) without junior support. Either Mitul or Simon will lead or oversee the engagement to ensure consistent output quality.

Every engagement is driven by a primary lead, supported by a sparring partner who challenges, reviews, and problem-solves to elevate quality. We typically operate at 3-4 days a week total (can adjust with larger teams), delivering a flexible and cost-effective alternative to conventional freelancers (who push a five-day model) or consulting firms (who push an entire team).
